Sanjie Machinery Introduces 209 Series Intelligent Nozzle Detection and Cleaning Machine

Following the successful launch of the 208 Series Intelligent Nozzle Detector, Synergie has recently launched a smart nozzle inspection and cleaning machine that integrates inspection and cleaning, and will be available at the leading electronics manufacturing expo in August China this year.

Component placement is one of the important aspects of the electronic assembly process. Scan code traceability. 209 series cleaning detector, built-in upper and lower light source and camera, can effectively read the two-dimensional code of the nozzles on the market, record the type and code of the electronics manufacturing expo nozzle, so as to realize the traceback and control of the nozzle.

Damage detection. Surface cracks and breakage of the nozzle can be effectively detected by taking a photo of the system camera and analyzing the software.

Vacuum degree detection. The system has a built-in high-sensitivity sensor that effectively senses the change in airflow in the nozzle hole, and determines the electronics manufacturing expo vacuum of the nozzle to ensure quality.
